Our meals consist mainly of river fish and wild vegetables, but include local meats and vegetables as well, maximizing the flavor of the raw ingredients.
A sommelier is available to help you choose wines and local Japanese sakes to go along with
seasonal cuisine and to enjoy while relaxing in your room. (There are also a variety of cheeses to go with wine.)

Guests in the detached room have their own open-air bath, which can be used 24 hours a day.
